Yay you! That's an amazing accomplishment!

Same here! I do love a good bacon "detox".

That's a great idea! May add that one to my arsenal :)

Definitely me! I've tried all the diets and have lost weight successfully and then gained back with even more success . I'm here now because I want to / NEED to change the way I live my life from a food/exercise perspective. And I need to make changes that are sustainable. It's definitely working because this…

Excellent work! I'm about the same (SW:230, CW:187, GW:150). You definitely can tell the difference in your photos! Well done!

Good for you! My daughter is one of main motivators as well. She's only a toddler, so she doesn't necessarily realize that my weight was/has been an issue. But I want to help her to learn good eating habits and good fitness habits so that she never gets to the place where I was for so many years.

Well done you!

I started MFP and C25K at the same time with 80 pounds to lose. My first week was AWFUL (couldn't run even the 60 second intervals) but I kept at it. My first 5k race happened to be at the 100 day mark of this journey. I ran/walked the 5k in just under 40 minutes and lost about 25 pounds during the 100 days. Agree that…

Here's a strange one from this morning's training session. When I lay face down on the floor for supermans or stretches, it now hurts a little because my ribs and pubic bone are touching the floor rather than my belly!

You look amazing! Well done! Your arms look so slim!

Yep, that's me, too. I never used to eat desserts, but my husband always has. Now, no meal seems complete without something sweet for afters. I blame my husband :) To take responsibility for myself, I just eat *a little* something sweet. My current fav is Ghirardelli (trusting you spelled that correctly ) Dark…

Oh, it *is* good! Particularly Starbucks Mint Hot Chocolate mix. Oh yes.

That is amazing! Such a transformation from so much commitment! Good on you!

Incredible! Thanks for sharing your learnings and successes!

Another vote for C25K, whatever version you can find. In August when I started, with nearly 80lbs to lose, I couldn't finish the 60 second run interval. But I now regularly run for 2+ miles (have gone as far as 4!) at about a 12 mile/minute pace. I'm not fast and probably not very graceful, but I'm doing it!

I love it! What a great way to mark your progress. Well done!

I just turned 45 and joined MFP last August. I've lost 41 pounds (started at 230lbs) so far and have increased my exercise from 0 to 5-6 days a week. At the same time I started a couch to 5k running program and now run 3 days a week. The first 6 months have actually seemed really easy. Now is when my determination has to…

Incredible! Well done!

Had to have 2 colonoscopies in 3 months, which wasn't nice. For the prep, I agree with what everyone has said about the stuff-coming-out part, but what nobody has mentioned is how to get all the liquid in without gagging through the whole process. What did it for me was a straw. I had to use the MoviPrep mixed with Crystal…

I'm definitely losing top-down so my face and boobs are smaller but tummy doesn't seem to have lost much. I don't mind losing some boobage, as my kick-in-the-pants moment to get on MFP was not wanting to go up another cup size. But now all my bras are WAY too big and they can get expensive. Planning a trip to a bra store…

Thanks for posting! Congratulations on an amazing loss and life change!

Wonderful! Well done!

Beautiful and inspirational! Also, I love your shoes (the black and white ones) and your eye makeup!

I'm also Jessica from Texas!

I love this one! I'm waiting for that as well. My husband used to try to pick me up but I felt too heavy and then only got heavier. I'm so looking forward to the time when he and I can both revel in it!

So good!

Yes! to the pictures and to your progress. Well done!

Well done you!

Amazing job. Thanks for sharing and being an inspiration!

I'll never have a thigh gap, but today I noticed a waist gap - when my arms are relaxed at my side, there is now space between my arm and my waist. Yay!
