  • At 6'1, 185 lbs is within the normal BMI range (24.4?) It's probably much harder to shed pounds when you don't have a lot of lbs to shed. Maybe concentrate on the specific areas you are trying to target and do more zone-specific workouts? I don't eat my exercise calories.

  • The boyfriend and I started yesterday. He's getting back into shape....I was never in shape, but he's a great inspiration to me. I made us a little paper chain with 10 rings in 3 colors for each level. Hopefully it'll be a good visual to keep us motivated to do the full 30 days - no excuses! Will post results pictures soon.
