Thanks for the support, you guys are awesome! I am feeling better about what I was able to do. I wish I didn't get so down on myself. It's just hard to know you can reach a goal but then not quite get there. I can say I'm a half marathoner, who else can say that!

Wow! I totally forgot to weigh in last week, probably because I haven't had any changes. 9/5 weigh in: 210 9/12 weigh in: 210 I've been hanging at this weight for so long and can't seem to pass it no matter what I do, slightly frustrated!

What works for me with my kids is to either switch babysitting with my neighbor who also has young kids and needs workout time. I also do DVD's at home but the kids would be right there making it difficult and climbing on me so I learned that if I put their show on t.v. and I put my workout video in our portable DVD…

That's the goal I'm working towards! I'm 5'6" (5'7" on a good day!) and 210 lbs. I know my body type and I know that I will never be stick thin, nor do I want to be-- I like my curves. I'll send you a friend request and hopefully we can help each other along the way!

Thanks for the thoughts, it helps to know what others are doing. I'm going to try the morning routine starting, well, in the morning. In the past I have given up with waking up early, so here is hoping that I can stick with it long enough for it to turn into routine! And who knows maybe I can wear a cute little dress…

My kids have also noticed how much happier I have been since I started working out and lost some weight. They are loving the new non yelling and no longer quick to anger mother! I also love the new change in myself!

Thanks for posting! I was getting really frustrated the past 3 weeks of not seeing any results on the scale. Who doesn't want to see the numbers go down, it's an instant satisfaction of all the hard work, so to have no pounds lost is a major let down (at least for me). I must rely on the scale too much.
