  • Two Step Basic Plan: 1) Use this http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ 2) Eat the amount of calories listed next to "Daily calories based on goal in step 6" Pretty painless....I used this and lost over 30 pounds. Good luck....
  • Cereal is great! Eat it alone as a snack, for breakfast or add it to yogurt. Also, cook using an iron skillet which naturally adds iron to your cooked foods.
  • You are unhappy because you are still making food choices that are not sustainable. You need variety!! Nuts, eggs, potatoes, humus, bread, peanut butter, fruit, sandwiches, pasta, meats, cereal, and an occasional treat. You can eat anything you want as long as it stays within your calorie allotment for the day. Don't set…
