  • Hi. I am going to start BBY tomorrow. I don't really understand when to change cycles though. Do I stay on cycle 1 until I can do all of the exercises and then move to cycle 2 or do I move to cycle 2 after completing cycle 1 for the exercise I am currently working with? I think it is the latter, but I'm not 100% sure.
  • Thanks for the advice I will do that. Sometimes I do eat my exercise calories back, but not always. I just started and I did lose more than 1lb in a week. That is just what MFP says I will lose per week. :)
  • I weigh 260 and I'm eating 1750 calories to lose 1lb per week. I did .35 x 260 = 91 x 9 = 819/1750 = .468 which I rounded to 47%. Is that correct? I appreciate the help.
  • When I figured out my macros it worked out to be 28% Protein, 47% fat and 25% carbs. The fat seems really high to me. Can that be correct?
  • Well I am down one lb from the start of this which I am happy about, but I did not have a good week last week. I didn't track at all and had a lot going on health wise and attending a funeral. I'm technically up .3 from last Tuesday which is my normal weigh in, but I'm just going to keep on trying. Good luck to everyone.…
