I'm lucky in that my gym is right around the corner and I have a 1 hour lunch break. No excuses.

Eating food that are high in fiber will help with the hunger. Also drink lots of water.

I stalled for months. I switched to the TDEE -20% method on my workout days. I've lost over 10 lbs since then.

TDEE - 20% on workout days. Workouts = 5 to 6 days a week. 1400 calories on non workout days (this is based on MFP recommendation for -2 lbs a week). Works like a charm.

Initial I lost 60 lbs in about a year but I've yo yo'd a bit over the years.

It has it's pros and cons. It's hard to beat $10 a month. The one I go to has plenty of treadmills, elliptical, exercise bikes, etc... They have plenty of dumbells, barbells, and exercise machines.

The TDEE method is yet another guide for success but it's not a cookie cutter formula. There are some people who require less calories than others. TDEE -20% is generally the way to go. Just make sure you set the activity level accordingly.
