Just curious. I like to marinade chicken breast and steak. I'm not really sure how to log the calories for the marinade so I just guess. For instance, 30 Minute Marinade - Hawaiian (Kroger) is 25 calories per tbsp. How do we know how much of this actually seeps into the chicken? What say you MFP community?
