For non vegetarians, lean meats. I eat a lot of chicken, turkey and fish. Black beans are fairly high in protein as well..

I had to change my workout schedule. If I work out at night, I would get an energy boost and be up half the night. I have to be to work at 8am so this really sucked.

Motivation is a day to day battle. There are days when I just don't give a crap but then the little voice in my head starts to reason with me.
