Okay, I found kind of what you were talking about. I had to add that tile back to the Dashboard. Then I went to Quick view>>>then to a more detailed view...below... Second page of that same detail... Third Part... I'm on a medium plan, which either I personalized at some point, or automagically happened. I suspect the…

I have this problem too. Yesterday was a very sedentary day due to the flu. Less that 2000 steps. I'm 62 and 5'10" and 260 lbs. According to the last month of Fit bit data, my average calories burned is 2966. My average resting HR is 75. But, I only hit that when I'm asleep. During the day, sitting at a desk or watching…

Sorry, there is something out of context here. PC hompepage for what? Fitbit? MFP? Also, I went to both, and saw no red knives or forks no matter where I hovered. MFP does allow images, so perhaps if you did a screen copy and pasted it?

I had a similar problem. After walking everyday for a month, both my feet hurt and my hips. I went to a podiatrist to get the feet sorted out. I got some orthotics that she modified slightly to account for one of my legs being slightly shorter (car accident result). That and a new pair of properly fitting shoes, eliminated…

Sent you a FR, but, others can add me as well. Male 59 lost 40 pounds last year, and need to do that again in 2014. I've logged every day for nearly 6 months, so, I am active in MFP. :flowerforyou:

Hey, I'm envious of your weight loss, yet also very much insprired. I lost 40 pounds last year, and need to lose about 60 more to just be considered overweight and not obese. I expect to have loose skin at the end of this journey too. Given what you've gone through, I will likely just not worry about it. I'm already…

Welcome! It has certainly been challenging, and quite a journey for me. Feel free to add me as a friend, so I can cheer you on and maybe nag you a little?

I share with my MFP friends. My reasoning is that I sometimes slip back into bad habits, like eating after dinner. Most of the time, I can still stay under my calories. Sometimes, I can't. Ideally, I'd be a responsible adult, and stop the bad behavior. But, sometimes, one needs a little nudge from someone to say that I've…

People can add me as well, been on for about 80 days and counting. Lost about 25 pounds, but, I tend to yoyo a bit. Still over all trend is down, so I'm happy. :glasses:

Hi Jess, I'm not sure that this helps you or anyone reading this. But, here goes. Granted for this topic, I barely qualified at 307. My rock bottom point was a period where I got one of my all too frequent respiratory infections. In the past, I've had pneumonia 3 times, with a hospital stay for the last two times. During…

Hello Everyone, Just started using MFP about 10 days ago. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic. Insulin, as some may know, will cause weight gain. My highest was at 307. When I found MFP, my first weight was 300. Then I promptly gained over 5 pounds. I'm down below 300, for now, but, with insulin, I never know if I'll shoot…
