Sounds delicious! I suggest blending 1/4 - 1/2 of the squash (or using 1/4 or 1/2 of another squash) with 1/2 of the tomatoes (or a separate can), then adding that to the chili. It will create a decadently thick sauce.

I think I might have PCOS. When I had an ultrasound a few years ago, the person doing it commented on how my ovaries appeared to have cysts in them. However, we didn't really follow up on it and now I'm afraid to go to an OB/GYN. If I just eat healthy and exercise, do you think I'll be fine?

I've found that soy or almond milk tastes good in coffee. As I like my coffee to be very watered down, I add a 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk--which at 15 calories per 1/2 cup is less than most creamer packs.

These last few days I've eaten a lot of fat in the form of fatty fish.

I exercise 3 times a week. I drink on average 9+ cups of water a day. Tried coffee. Normally it helps but this time it didn't. I ate a whole pot of curry, stuffed full of fiber. Most of it hasn't come out yet. I'll try prune juice. do stool softeners work better than laxatives?

Totally! I just wish I'd have thought of taking my measurements when I weighed 175. It would be a real eye opener and make me feel more accomplished than I do now, looking at these numbers.
