Today I steamed some turnips and made a dipping sauce using: 1 tbsp barbeque sauce 1 tbsp honey mustard 1 dash srriacha Was about 60 calories and made an otherwise boring bowl of turnips pretty good

I'm torn on this. I like to cook large multi-serving meals, measure them out, and save them for the next day. But at the same time, I feel obligated to eat them, and sometimes (when they're really delicious) that means pigging out...

Thank you everyone for your great replies! To clear things up: The cat is up to date on all his shots. We usually find his prey when they're still alive (not this time though) so I'm not totally worried about the possibility of him having caught a dead rabbit. If he catches another rabbit, everything will be carefully…

I know that if I had bread or sweets in the house, I'd eat them constantly. My suggestion is not bringing them into the house. If you have a craving for some, buy a single serving bag. Even if it costs more, it'll prevent you from binging on them.
