I think your body looks great in that photo you posted. My suggestion - if you like how you look (and trust me, you look gorgeous!) don't feel like it's necessary to lose weight because of some arbitrary number you see on the scale.

Here's the thing. I'm losing weight, which is the entire reason I even went on a diet in the first place. I'm satisfied with the rate I'm losing, and I'm satisfied with how I'm feeling while on this diet. I see no reason to stress over something I wouldn't have paid attention to in the first place. Also, in case you were…

I bet it'd taste really good with shredded unsweetened coconut.
How much protein did you eat? How much fat did you eat?
No idea, but I am down three pounds since last week, and what I'm doing is working fine for me. My belly looks smaller, my pants fit looser, and I actually have more energy than I did when I was eating more.

For me it's clearer skin. I had these bumps on my upper arms, and it seems that they're going away by the day. It may be because I'm drinking more though.

Well, I made a whole batch of stuffed grape leaves yesterday. It came up to 900 calories total. I had it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A whole cauliflower, 1/2 pound of turkey, raisins, and a ton of grape leaves. It was delicious, and, more than that, it was filling. By the time I finished each meal, I could hardly eat…

I eat a ton of broth or veggies, or drink, like, a gallon of water. Then if I feel hungry still I have a bit of what I'm craving. Or if I want a ton of a good food (like a whole bag of Doritos), I calculate the calories beforehand and subtract it from my daily amount.

Thank you, everyone. I appreciate all your posts. To answer the questions: Although I ate a great deal of ice cream today, I stayed within my calorie amount and I was able to get through lunch and dinner without overeating. As an example, if I eat like this every day (which, obviously, I won't), will I lose weight because…

Eat half and calculate it into your daily calories. For me, I have an ice cream craving. I bought a tub of ice cream, had 1.5 cups at 300 calories total, added a liberal dollop of lite whipped cream (30 calories), and ate that for lunch instead of a smoothie, which would have been the same amount of calories and not nearly…

Thank you so much for the wonderful suggestions, everyone! If anyone else is going to one, I suggest buying the low-calorie shirataki noodles, and sauteing them with enuki mushrooms, soy sauce, hot sauce, and miso paste!

I've been dying to try this recipe for fig and goat cheese pizza: http://toriavey.com/toris-kitchen/2013/08/fig-and-goat-cheese-pizza/ (her recipes for chicken sofrito and ratatouille are also to die for.)

I've found that sugar free, fat free pudding mix makes a very tasty substitute creamer...

I wish...but I live in the desert, with the closest pond being 50 miles away. (: I ended up gutting and beheading them all, then used half to make gavros tiganitos and the remainder I marinated.

Thank you for your help everyone. (:

That sounds delicious.

Personally, I like to mix my greens with some nice stilton or roquefort blue, walnuts, and sun-dried tomatoes, then add a liberal dose of balsamic vinegar, fresh dill, and olive oil for good measure.

Bread and any kind of dessert, but mostly bread. I can go through an entire loaf in a day. I love the crusty artisan bread, especially when it's slightly stale. I drench it in balsamic vinegar.

They taste good on a burger.

I have no will power around treats. Probably why. I'm a 5'1 female, so that's what the estimate was.

I've made these before. Trust me, they taste absolutely delicious! (:

I've been called a lot of things, but none were as embarrassing as when I asked this kid to the dance in seventh grade. I thought he'd be nice to me, but instead he said something along the lines of "No, because if I go out with you people will laugh at me." A few days later, during a relay race, he also stole my spot on…

Hey there. Sorry you're receiving some negative comments. I sure hope that's not common of this site... I'm the same way with my calorie tracking. I don't enter them all in my diary, but I do keep track of what I eat, and I've memorized the average calorie amounts of the foods I most commonly eat, then add them up in my…

Most of the frozen fruit I use is fresh that I bought in bulk. I just like to add the pudding mixes because it thickens them, although tofu or greek yogurt works, too. I'm not a big fan of veggie smoothies XD Maybe I just haven't found one I like?

That's a great idea (:

I'm using it for hormone replacement therapy. My ovaries have shut down completely at this point, so I don't think there's a lot of estrogen production...
