what do you do when you're not at the gym? are you sedentary, and these 45-1 hour sessions are all the exercise you get? People that stay active all day don't really need the gym sessions. Put on the pedometer and get in 15000-20000 steps a day for a couple of weeks and see what happens.

You are one extreme to the other and know no middle ground. So yes, there is a problem there. Your life shouldn't be all or nothing. Learning to moderate your diet and exercise would be helpful.

I have a suggestion you didn't list. Take your phone/camera and film her when she comes around. People will behave better when they know it can be used as evidence. If she still acts like a lunatic, keep getting her on film for a bit and then turn in your evidence to the police.

if you're absolutely SURE that is the amount of calories you are taking in, then my advice is to not weigh yourself so much. I find that I fluctuate as much as 4-5 pounds at certain times. If I strength train, I tend to hold more water weight, and it can naturally fluctuate a pound or two for not much reason at all.…

Unless I get 15,000 in, I tend not to count it. When I get 15,000+ in, I will mark it as something slight, like 60 minutes at a leisurely pace, which counts for a couple hundred calories. I disagree. Any cardio that sustains an elevated heart rate improves your hearth health and burns calories. Paired with strength training (notice ticker) I have managed to shave off a few pounds myself.
