Can't eat all my calories
I'm eating "clean" and therefore the vast majority of the food I eat is very low calorie. I eat all day long (grazing in 5-6 meals) and simply cannot eat any more without feeling ill. Minimum/maximum calories?
I see others speaking on MFP about meeting their "minimum" calorie goal but my profile only shows one number, no min or max. What's the deal? Am I supposed to be doing something differently? Help?
