I have been doing Fast:five since January and I love eating within a five hour window each day.

lol, I get mixed reactions those who knew me think I am getting too thin and should stop now, those who don't think I am due to have another child...I still have a long way to go yet although I have lost a lot of weight...and friends/relatives who are still struggling with their weight tend to avoid me lol

Try Intermittent Fasting - I do fast:five eating between a five hour window between 5pm-10pm but can be adjusted to suit your daily routine. However, research it first. I lost over 30lbs in a few months just following this way of eating.

That as I lose another dress size to make use of clothes I buy for that size quickly or I will find that I had wasted money. I had bought some new bras when I went from size 20 to 18. I put them on one morning to find that they were again too big, darn it!

Yes I add it to my pre-made salad or on a toast with avacado and tomatoes...I usually rinse the can out in hot water before throwing in the recycle can. That way the smell is removed.
