My goal size 16 jeans can be zipped up and buttoned, when last week I couldn't even get the zip to budge. Can't wait until when I can actually sit in them...

I just hate the word "diet" it places limitation on any discussion I have with friends or family because they automatically assume that I am going to fail, yet again. Those attitudes used to affect me into failure, but not anymore...I have turned them into ammunition and determination to continue this permanent "lifestyle".

When I actually see the mountains in life as little mole hills...I am not only losing physical weight but also losing all the unnecessary mental/emotional weight along with it also...:)

Maybe the journey isn't about becoming anything, maybe it's unbecoming everything that isn't you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place. Another MFpal posted this and it has become my mantra...and I have copied it onto a strip of paper and stuck it on the top of my PC screen (eye level) so that I can…

I finally understand CICO...I get it now. I now have plan B meals in place to avoid any unseen setbacks when going to a friends place. I no longer am offended with jealous remarks. I no longer see this as weight loss but a gain in health lifestyle. I am finally happy with "Me"

I knew I was losing weight when I could easily slip through two parked cars without setting their alarms off lol!

My biggest NSV is that my brain and my body are now finally in agreement...this time after so many failed attempts only because my brain still thought I was fat when I was losing and I tended to quit before I achieved my goal (without realising that I was already almost there) ...I am now ready to go the full distance…

to get rid of my big clothes as I slowly lose weight is a sign of my mindset. I used to hold on to them and when I fell off the wagon I would put them back on. A lifestyle change is forever not temporary.

Hi, I have already walked 80KMs (49.7 miles) so far this month and I aim to complete 100Kms by the end. I walk on average between 5KMs-10KMs a day, more if my legs can handle it (5-6 days a week, Sunday is usually my break and only walk for pleasure). Last week my total was 50KMs. I believe you can walk a 100miles in one…

I walk between 5KMs - 10Kms on average a day, 5-6 days a week. I started walking because of sore knees and moved disc. The doctor told me to be more active and thats what I did. I started at 30mins a day but now can easily walk 1 and half to 2 and half hours and I love it. I have lost over 30lbs just from walking and since…
