I joined yesterday and am looking to lose 40 lbs (about 1 pound per week.) I didn't put it on quickly, so I don't expect to drop it quickly. I want to change my eating habits and start eating healthier. Friend me!

That looks so delicious. I also have a problem with pizza. I can't stop once I start, so I don't let myself have a single bite.
