Has any tried jump starting their weightloss with the 3 day military diet? I worked for me...lost 4 lbs in 3 days and got really focused again. Now I'm back to 155 and need to get to 130

1300 works for me..and im noticably losing. I believed if i ate right under 2000 and worked out alot , id build muscle and trim down. Nope. Major plateau. Good to reduce cals when slimming down. Then you add more once youve reached your ideal weight and try something new with your work out and tone. Just my thoughts

Freeze bananas, add a lo cal choc syrup/fudge, almonds. Add some lo cal/lo fat whip cream after taking out ofo freezer. Its like a banana split minus the icecream. Curbs the craving for sweets and is a filling snack/desert. :love:

I agree with the comments in support of the idea that it is all mental. If you say things like, "I hate exercise," you'll stop. This will become a self fulfilling prophecy because your speaking this negative idea into existence. I'm sure you love the feeling of being fit and healthy. Focus your energies on your true wants…
