  • Hey I am student so cash is sometimes tight. When I find meat on Special I buy it and then freeze in the correct portion sizes. Not only does it save me money but it also means I can just pull out one portion to control size it works for me.

  • I'm on a 5 2 of sorts :-) Monday to Friday I eat my calories and exercise everyday and on weekend I relax and eat whatever I feel like in moderation. I also take the weekend off from logging. It works for me am down 3.5kg in three weeks and am feeling great.

  • I have been using Garcinia Cambodia and it has definitely helped to curve my appetite, don't get me wrong I am working out at least three times a week sticking to a 1200 cal diet, but have definitely not minded having a bit of help with my hunger pains. Its really worked for me.
  • Ladies I totally understand what you are saying about Cal and Kj's etc but if I am staying under the required amount which I am then why on my report does it say 'daily goal' and then the blue lines go over the daily goal it still doesn't make any sense still confused.
  • Hey thanks for the quick reply, I don't think I am getting them mixed up when I go into my reports for KJ a graft come up and there is a red line which when I put the mouse on say 1200 at the bottom in the key it says 'daily goal'
