For all the Banana haters :-)
Just wanted to share, I HATE Banana the texture makes me feel YUCK but last night I tried frozen banana with a bit of natural yogurt and it was AMAZING it totally changed the texture and taste. I am really happy I now have a way to eat Banana other than in a Smoothie.

Protein and Sugar
Hi I seem to be going over my protein and sugar most days however I am only eating natural sugars, cutting down protein is easy enough but should I be concerned with my sugar intake which comes mostly from fruit and yogurt? Thanks

Pre Workout Food Ideas
Hi all I am doing three RPM Classes a week and trying to find a pre workout snack that is not a Banana or berries and Yogurt which is what most people suggest. Any ideas or suggestions. Thanks

Just went to log my first ever RPM class which was AWESOME and was surprised it was not on the list does anyone else do RPM and if so how do you record it?

Confused Newbie
Hi I am so confused I have been using this great ap for a week now, but have just realised that my daily recommended KJ intake is over 4000 on the main screen and then when I got to my reports page it says it is a goal of 1200. Which is right or have I missed something here, which should I be following???
