Hi
I seem to be going over my protein and sugar most days however I am only eating natural sugars, cutting down protein is easy enough but should I be concerned with my sugar intake which comes mostly from fruit and yogurt?
Thanks

If you are using MFP suggestions for protein than DO NOT cut it. In fact you might want to up it. A rule of thumb is .8-1g per lb of body mass or 1g/lb of lean body mass.
Don't worry about sugar unless you have a medical condition which limits your sugar intake. Make sure that you are getting enough fiber (ideally 20-30g) and you'll be fine.
ETA: if you are worried about sugar intake than check your yogurts. They often have added sugar. A better option might be to slice fresh fruit into plain yogurt.0
