The first thing to do each day is move!!!! And you have to eat to lose weight. Use that body and get moving, be sure you watch your inch loss, cause the scale isn't always gonna tell you the truth. You can do this and we're here to help. Add me as a friend if you would like!!!

All I can say, is pay attention to your inch loss. Try on tight jeans every two weeks, believe me it's the only thing that keeps me going. If you're anything like me, I weigh heavy even when I get into my smallest clothes. I'm solid so I choose to aim for a size, not a number. I'm 5'2 and the most I should weigh is 136. My goal is 135. I know, for me, that puts me in a size 6/8. Good luck!
