I really started eating clean because my daughter in law is really good about feeding our grand daughter super healthy, so I decided to follow her lead. And I am going thru menopause and eating healthy is known to ease the symptoms, bone loss, wrinkled skin, etc.

Yes, it's light weight more reps, so I'ts more for cardio. Now, you can increase the weight if you choose to, but since I'm doing 5x5, I'm looking for that to build muscle.

I measure every two weeks. But snug fitting clothes are the best eye opener hands down.

I do the 5X5 workout M,W,F. into my third week and following what the program is telling me to lift each time. Before that I was going pretty heavy just working out on my own. I'm into my 3rd week of Chalean Extreme and love it!!! It pushes heavy lifting with lower reps and she makes you slow down so you get more out of each rep!

I agree, I also think the coloring in after pictures and the white you are wearing are washing you out. Your skintone in the black suit just showed up better as a healthy glow. It's really just the lighting in the picture that's throwing people off.

Google Weight Watchers Taco Bean Soup. We cook it in a crockpot on high for 6 hrs. We love it!!!! You can also serve over lettuce, add reduce fat shredded cheese, low fat sour crm., and crushed corn chips. It's yummy!!!!! Skinny taste has a ton of great ideas too.

I started Chalean Extreme last Wed. and by the next Wed. broke my plateu and loss 3 pounds. I really like it! I have so much energy, now that I've done CLX for the day, I'm gonna do the Butt Bible dvd, just cause I feel like I'm not done for the day!

Sweet potatoes, never eat more than 3-4 oz. at a meal! Baked, they make the house smell so good!

Whole foods, as in, whole grains in place of white. Otherwise, you may get constipated. Oh and healthy fats help with that too!

Google Weight Watcher's Taco Bean Soup. Eat it over lettuce for a Taco salad, or just eat alone. My 32 yr. old son just called from the grocery store for the list of ingredients. The difference when I cook it is, to let it all sit in a crockpot for 5 hrs. on high, you'll love it!

You are right, I love a man's approval on how I look. I grew up in the 70's and from beauty padgents to cheering on the sidelines of a football game, us girls loved the attention. But that was then, we grew up in a different time. Our brains are wired different than girls now. I loved the attention then and I love it now!

Selma Hayek is my pick too. Short and curvy, no matter how much we loose, if your genes got ya built that way, they're there for life! And that's a good thing!
