Butt Lift or Extreme???

So...I'm trying to decide what to do after I finish Turbo Fire....Brazil Butt Lift or ChaLEAN Extreme. Would love to hear other peoples experiences with these work outs and what you would suggest. I want to tone my whole body but in particular my lower body and abs.

    I've never done Chalene but really do like BBL because I can continue to cross train, it solves my weaknesses as a runner and it's got a super ab workout and upperbody cardio strength video as well. The workouts are shorter than P90X - in most are 20-50 minutes. The girls on the video don't annoy me like some of the Insanity chicks did too :) I like BBL because you can push it as hard as you want and still get results. I haven't gotten bored with the program and I find I look forward to doing it. Its fun. Similar along the lines of something zumba - ish. But a program that really works well.

    I am finishing up Chalean Extreme in about 3 weeks and then I am starting TurboFire. CLX is definitely slower and you lift very heavy. The lift circuits are about 40 minutes. There are two cardio days but after TF the CLX ones may not be intense enough for you. I have seen people hybrid CLX and TF and they seem to enjoy it. That is what I am going to do if I miss the heavy lifting of CLX. I can't offer any feedback on BBL.

    I started Chalean Extreme last Wed. and by the next Wed. broke my plateu and loss 3 pounds. I really like it! I have so much energy, now that I've done CLX for the day, I'm gonna do the Butt Bible dvd, just cause I feel like I'm not done for the day!

    I don't know about CLX. I think it looks like a good one, but I already have Les Mills Pump for my strength days. I just ordered the Brazil Butt Lift. I can't wait to try it. This is my problem area.

    I will!! I should have it by middle of next week. I need to get rid of these saddlebags!!! If I didn't have those, I would be perfectly fine with my body. They are so ugly!
