5X5 Stronglifts and Triceps, Biceps?
I'm in my 3rd week of 5X5 Stronglifts. I am wondering since these are compound movements, are my triceps and biceps getting a workout? Should I add some isolation movements to target those areas?

Squats!!!! How Often?
I am really liking the results from adding deep squats and dead lifts to my workouts. I mainly did this to improve my abs and core. I keep reading that what we eat and strength training is the solution to changing your body, that you can't spot reduce. So, does that mean sit-ups, ab rollers, all the stuff would be considered useless?

Has anyone heard of this? My Husband's Doctor has suggested this to him for the hearing loss in his right ear. It means attaching a bolt to his skull and then screwing the device onto his head. Please let me know if you have any info on this. So far we've only heard that it's a scam.
