My weight is up, and why wouldn't it be, I upped my calories to 1765 a week ago and its time for my TOM. BUT!!!!!, my hubby took progress pictures today and my back fat is almost gone!!!!! I don't have a clue how to post pictures, but believe me the improvement in all the pictures taken today as compared to the last ones on April 4th are fantastic! I'm eating more, doing a resistance circuit training 40 min. 4 times a week and I weigh more!!! So what, I'm losing inches!!!!! I'm happy, happy!!!!!!

Oooh! So happy for you! Congrats on the inches lost! I'm sure your pictures really show the change! Resistance training is great to add to your workout routines! Keep up the great work and I hope we can all some day see your progress0
