NSV Measurements count!

I have been eating more and lifting heavy weights and I have gained two pounds, but I have lost 13 inches total. So, maybe its my age, I'm 54, and hormones are a little wacky, that I don't seem to lose weight, but the definition is there, I can see it! I'm toning up and I'm leaner. Pay attention to the pictures, and measurements you take, they tell the real story!

Good work! And I totally agree. I haven't lost much weight, but I've definitely lost inches and I look and feel better. The scale is not the end all, be all. Measurements are super important. I'd rather weigh more and look better than weigh less and still look flabby.0

A little strange your weight hasn't decreased some, but like you said, measurements count! I am sitting between 230-232 lbs since switching to a strength circuit but I can feel some muscles have increased a bit(I do feel checks on areas occasionally to see if I notice a diff as my GF says she swears my biceps have kept gaining for 2+ months now, circuit started a week ago) and I also feel so much stronger. Everything feels effortless movement wise. And the effect on tennis court, unimaginable improvement Tuesday. I don't care if I never lose a lb, if I keep feeling stronger!
Congrats, and keep kicking *kitten*!0
