Are you eating clean? Processed food can cause problems as well.

I think you have done a great job and look awesome. You may not have the same metabolism as these others that seem to lose with such ease, but check on them is 5 years. After being stuck at the same number since early Jan., I've lost 2 pounds this week and the only thing I changed was I started eating my exercise calories. I can't believe how much I eat on those days and not gain weight.

At 54 I feel blessed to still get mine on a sort of regular basis. Not having them means a whole new set of problems, that I'm not looking forward to.

Well I woke up this morning hoping he'd come to Jacksonville, but since he met with John Elway this afternoon in Denver, they can have him and we'll take Timmy. Just ignore it. It more than likely had nothing to do with you. They would have done it no matter whom they saw walking down the street. People just don't show any respect anymore and it's sad. I worry for the kind of world my Grandchildren will grow up in.

This worked for me and I have a hard time believing it!!! I eat so much food now, but the scale is moving, the first time since early Jan. I just make sure I eat all my burned calories! Still can't believe it!!!

Don't be suprised if you improve your body, but never lose the 5 pounds or even gain some. You may be HOT, HOT, HOT, firm and tight, but not see that one number on the scale. That's not a bad thing cause you will build muscle and burn more calories just walking around.

The other sites factor in exercise when you are given your number to lose weight, where MFP does not. So MFP gives you a number that allows you to lose with no exercise and then when you do workout and enter that info to your diary, it tells you how many calories you have earned and you should add those to your daily total…

I'm so glad I added extra weights while lifting today so I can eat more from the extra calories burned!!!!

No question, you need to eat them. I did, just since Monday, and lost 2 lbs. this week after being stuck since early Jan.at the same number! I did eat as close to all of them though, not some. I can't believe I am eating so much, healthy foods, not junk, and losing!

So for a woman, how light is too light. Are you just referring to light hand weights? If a woman is going in this direction, where should she start to begin heavy lifting? I consider my routine as heavy because at the end of the last rep, I really struggle to complete it.

I've been doing the same thing. I used to drink tons of plain water, but for me it doesn't seem to make a difference.

You eat whatever number MFP gave you to lose weight, that number does not figure any exercise. Then you see what calories you burned durning your workout, add the two together, which MFP does for you when to enter your workouts. Now try to eat as close to that number as possible.
