@ chialvr4 - Good job, way to stick with it. It is hard to get down past 200 when you are heavy, but I did it too, so good luck to you! Once you get to 180 everything will feel better, knees, back, energy level, then you can keep going!

I am 5'10" and my goal weight is about 160. I got down to 162 a few yrs ago, but it took over a yr....working out and eating right. At my heaviest I was 265...so it;s a big change. I can easily stay around 175, but I feel like I am med-large boned...I have friend that is the same height, but built like a bird who is lucky…
