I just had this problem as well, I think I have figured it out, when I click on the food tab in MFP, and then click on the settlings tab that appears just below, there is a setting in there that says allow negative calories, you have to have the checked off. Try that, hope I helped :)

It took a long time for people to notice that I lost weight. I started off at 285 pounds, and I am about 5'8. I think people really noticed when I lost about 50. Remember, you are doing this for you, not for everyone else. Congrats on the weight loss so far, keep up the fantastic work : )

This happened to me as well. I started taking Cayenne pepper pills and that really helped. They are found in the vitamin section or in any health food store. They work wonders, just make sure you take them with food : )

Once you actually do the exercise and mark it in, then MFP will increase your calories for the day, by the amount that you burn.

This is a great topic. I have slip ups about once sometimes twice a month, anything that I can find and eat I will, man do I feel sick after. I am glad that everyone has those days. But when I wake up the next day, I just go back to eating well, like the binge never happened. You can't get upset about what you cannot…

To me it is one and the same. The only difference is until we learn how to jodge it by naked eye, we log it so we are forced to see how big our portions are.

Crystal light is fine, but you have to remember that it does have alot of chemicals, and alot of aspartame. Which is not good for your body.

Congrats on quitting smoking! And congrats on the weight loss! You can quit the diet coke wehn you are ready. You have made alot of positive changes in your life, just try to slowly wean yourself. I used to be a huge diet pepsi driker, not I can't stand it. You are doing amazing, don't worry about the small things. : )

if you have a HRM, always go with that. You can add a new exercise and call it whatever you want ex: 'treadmill on incline' Sounds like a great workout : )

I do this all the time!! lol It helps keep me motivated. I usually have no intention of buying either, there is just no point in buying too many clothes when I keep losing weight. Glad I am not alone :tongue:

If you were just sitting down wearing your HRM, I don't think the readings are acurate. They don't work that way : (

I have a new love for peanut butter! I think that it is my new addiction. i'm not sure what it replaced, I had to give up sooo much, (i ate terrible) but I don't think I could do this without, lol

I feel this way too when I read some of the posts people write. We really need to stop judging others. Different things work for different people, and there is no reason to make someone feel stupid on here.
