Depends on your symptoms. If you're having symptoms below the neck-- body aches, chills, nausea, fever, cough that rattles in your chest-- you need to stay in bed and not work out. If it's just sniffles, sneezes, headache, etc, go ahead and do a lighter, shorter version of whatever you usually do.

I'm willing to bet the very strict low-calorie diet has about 100x more to do with the weight loss than the B vitamin injections. Lower your food intake and take a daily multivitamin. You'll be fine.
