Walking in addition to watching what you eat is your best option right now. Also, if you dont drink enough water now try increasing your intake. I just recently bumped to about 1700 cals vs. the range of 1100 to 1300 I was eating. Lost pretty steady til about a month ago, since I am closer to my goal I suppose? My splenda says zero calories, but it does say carbs are <1g... so I would log it due to the probability of a large amount of carbs if you are using that much.

Im 5'10, CW 190, approx 1400-1700 cals a day, Id like to lose about 15 more and tone. I started at 283, so seeing anything under 200 was a huge accomplishment for me. Anything else will just be icing on the cake :)

Based off your diary, I am sure you are retaining a huge amount of water. Try and monitor your sodium intake. Do you take any supplements? Try waterex by gnc. Since you are drinking an ample amount of water, this may help you shed some of the water weight....Works great for me. Good luck!

Yup! But I ate horribly xmas eve and xmas day. Up about 3lbs but I know its the food and salt. Plus my end of a sentence came yesterday which doesnt help... Back to gym on Friday when they re-open child watch. Until then, Ill be hitting the wii with the kiddos on this just dance 4!
