My answer would be no for the simple fact you'd be eating what you've burnt off. I use to and ended up putting weight on. Try to stick to what your calorie goal is. That's my suggestion...

I have to agree with LaserMum - need to find something that works.... I'm going through every cookbook to find awesome recipes that are healthy and low in calories. I'm also working in Plexus Slim for the Pink Drink and Bodytrim for the food ideas, snacks and recipes too.

I'm interested in some good recipes myself, if anyone has any...

Hi There: I'm very much in the same position - although I do have the family support. My husband is currently losing weight to stay fit for Motor Cross, as he rides Quads, and rides up against people half his age. My parents also watch what they eat and regularly go to the gym, as does my brother. I've found that losing…

When I first read the title of your read - I started thinking Australia, but then realised as I scanned through you meant in the US... I'm in Kalgoorlie - Boulder in Western Australia... I'm thinking that's probably as South as anyone can get, with the other Aussies on here that may be further South than myself... Have an…

Add me too sweetheart - I'm on everyday also and would like to hear what you're doing....

Hi Everyone, I decided that as of today - that was it - I was tired of not getting anywhere, and saying 'I'll start tomorrow' routine... Being not able to use a gym for strength work, due to hemiplegia, the best I can do is walking everyday, and daily exercises for my hemi. I've finally decided it was about time I looked…
