The other night I really pushed myself and ran 1 mile in 11mins20secs! It really felt good, it did however take me a min to catch my breath but I was able to finish out the rest of my time on the treadmil! So whats your moment?:huh:

I know how you feel now that I have started working out-doing cardio, lifting wieghts-I have hurt my back! I log calories burned when I am carrying my son, we live upstairs and everytime I take the dog out he goes with me. So carrying a 25 lb kid for 20mins burns like 84 calories. And to me 84 calories is 84 calories. LOG IT ALL BABY!!! :drinker:

I did change up my cardio I was just running but now I am doing intervels jogging then running as hard as I can then I walk as fast as I can on a 15 incline, maybe this is help. And the diet I do becuase it is easy and the family likes it to. YUCK!!

I am eating less calories than this site recommends, I workout (cardio and weights) everyday and sometimes twice a day and I still havent lost any weight. I use a food curfew kind of I dont establish a time everyday but I try not to eat at least 3 hours before I go to bed. This way I have time to burn off some of the calories I ate at dinner. Hi I have a desk job also I found that if I place a bottle of water right next to my computer screen then I am more likely to finish it. Also keeping low calorie snacks in your desk like 100 calorie packs and granola bars helps too. Best of luck to you
