  • You shouldn't eat any less than 1,200 per day, and you can eat up to 1,290 if you don't workout. When you do, yes you can eat those calories. 3-4 workouts per week doesn't sound enough to me; I aim to workout for 30-60 mins per day. Losing fat does take time and you won't spot reduce.
