I've heard that you shouldn't eat late at night and you should gradually have smaller meals throughout the day. I'm never very hungry in the morning and tend to eat most in the evening... Is this bad and why?
I always stick to my diet well all day, but after dinner I find myself snacking so much! It's not unhealthy stuff, normally just lots of muesli bars and fruit... But since I eat about 5-10 of them it ends up being like 800 calories... I've tried drinking lots of water but that doesn't seem to help.. What can I do??
