Night time pig outs!

I always stick to my diet well all day, but after dinner I find myself snacking so much! It's not unhealthy stuff, normally just lots of muesli bars and fruit... But since I eat about 5-10 of them it ends up being like 800 calories...
I've tried drinking lots of water but that doesn't seem to help..
What can I do??
