I'm Paige, I'm 13, and I hope to lose 30 more pounds. (Around 14 kg) Before MFP, I already lost around 40 pounds. Although, I won't necessarily stop trying to lose once I hit my goal, as it's my goal right now to keep me motivated. I love reading about psychology especially I'll join you! :D

My setting is sedentary, as I spend 8 hours a day at school, but should I change it to lightly active and not log it in? Or should I keep the setting...and, well still not log it in?
