Adding in amount of walking done throughout the day?
In my fitness diary, I have been adding 15 minutes of "2.5 mph walking (leisurely pace)" for my average amount of walking throughout my normal day. Should I track sugar or fiber?
I was wondering because it doesn't seem like sugar is very important in weight loss, or am I wrong? Or should I track something entirely different? I want to continue tracking fat, sodium, carbs, and protein though.

Fruits with High Sugar Content?!
Before I looked up the sugar content of a cup of grapes, I had that as my side every day at lunch... but it turns out that cup goes 1 gram over my sugar limit ALONE! I was shocked!
