Fruits with High Sugar Content?!

Before I looked up the sugar content of a cup of grapes, I had that as my side every day at lunch... but it turns out that cup goes 1 gram over my sugar limit ALONE! I was shocked! Same goes for my banana in the morning. Has anyone else discovered this? (Btw, I'm trading out the bananas and grapes for apples and strawberries, which are lower in sugar content)

Don't worry about your sugar limit, unless instructed by your doctor. MTP doesn't differentiate between fructose and processed sugar so you can go over your limit eating healthy foods.0
