I have a bunch of differnet Mrs. Dash seasonings so I usually just use those and switch them up! Another good seasoning that you wouldn't expect is Natural Sea Salt!

"Better'n Peanut Butter" has about half the calories, sugar, etc of real peanut butter and although you can taste the difference in eating it plain, it's not bad , In recipes you really can't tell the difference!

its good to eat every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism going... at work you can try nuts or protein bars/shakes! good luck =)
