Everyone is doing so good! I'm so close to reaching 30 total pounds lost! (some was lost prior to MFP) I need to lose 0.8 lbs this week! I'm hoping I can do it, now that it seems I am over my plateau (knock on wood!). Hope you all have a great week! Happy exercising! :happy:

I know how you feel... In the past, I too have been like that. I've been eating well and exercising faithfully for almost 3 months now! 199.5.... Down 0.3lbs... Been hovering around this weight for 3 or 4 weeks now! It probably didn't help that I had back issues since Thursday, so I haven't worked out... But back on track today!

You should definitely sign up!!! It is such a fun class! It doesn't matter if you weigh 120 or 420! As long as you are moving you will reap the benefits! Most people in the class are not judgemental anyways so you have nothing to worry about!

Checking in! 199.8... 0.2 lbs up from last week... Oh well, after the weekend I had, I'm glad it was only that, went down to DC for a wedding and drank like a fish! Food choices weren't horrible, but the drinking is another story! Goals for this week is to hit it hard, drink lots of water, and hopefully see a loss next…

I don't really have words of wisdom but when I'm on the Elliptical or the Treadmill and I feel like I want to stop, I say to myself "What's 5 more minutes?" and I'll continue... sometimes longer than the 5 mins but it seems to help me!
