I'm the same this week... 195.1... I've seriously been slacking, been on vacation all last week so I'm glad I didn't gain. Back on track this week ( I feel like I say that every week!) :smile:

195.1... Ugh... up 0.9 lbs.... I even went on a great hike this weekend! I'm thinking, well hoping, it is from sodium. I ate some high sodium foods yesterday. Plus I hadn't been so good on my water intake this weekend. I plan to be a lot better about everything this week! Good luck to the rest of you girls!

194.2 today! :bigsmile: Yay!!!!! That's 2 lbs lost this week! I'm so excited! I know 2 lbs is not a lot to some of you, but it is a huge deal for me! I've been teetering with 0.2 lbs here, 0.5 lbs there, etc... I got back on track last week, walked a total of 7 miles, tried a new class (kettlebell/kickboxing), drank lots…

195.3 for me again... I actually haven't weighed myself, just now got back from camping and I usually like to weigh myself first thing in the morning. So I will put up the same weight as last week.
