Day 4 done and dusted. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60min centergy (yoga/Pilates) class, and then 60 mins of Zumba. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yup Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep :)

The sun is shining on the 2nd day of spring down-under, and feeling much better now, so just been for lunch time walk (& coffee). To get anywhere decent it's at least a 15min walk down the hill to city. - making the most of it before rain comes in a couple days!!

Bit of meal prep last night for the next couple days...roasted in olive oil, mint, parsley, garlic & thyme... Served with little bit of feta :) turned out rather tasty.

<3 <3 coffee. Gotta be a med-dark roast. I actually find it less bitter than light roast. Mornings will be a 6oz Flat white, and afternoons enjoy a Long Black (not as watery as an americano). ☕ Never any sweetener or sugar added.

Last month pretty much stayed a constant weight, now there is 6ish weeks till head on holiday ahh! Here we go... Feb: +/- 1kg NC March Goal: 68.0kg April Goal: 66.0kg 25/02: 70.7kg 03/03: 69.95 - yay out of 70's for first time this year!

It's a brand only been in stores down-under here in new zealand since September last year so flavour options are a bit limited - am enjoying candy bar, peanut butter & seasalt caramel. Already been through a whole tub in a day on a couple occasions ;) The only other brand know of that is similar is isocream.nz - but found…

so far so good, I find heading to bed early is usually the best solution for my cravings, but that's not always practical . Sunday night i did have a 'lil too much dessert, but no food was consumed after 8.30. Me: 6 LNS: 0
