I was looking at your pictures. You look like you are beautiful. You are still hot. Try not to let that comment get you down. You already have to battle with wanting to eat and let go, don't let a comment be another obstacle. I hope you understand what I mean. Do this for yourself, not for comments, or approvals, they will…

Thank you Cheeky. The fact that you mentioned that some people take months gives me motivation to go on. I was seriously considering throwing my scale away. I will just try to be patient.

How long will you see muscle weight gain before the scale starts showing a loss. I have been losing inches for 5 weeks but gaining weight. So, I know it is muscle weight gain. How long before the scale starts showing fat loss. Please share your experiences and knowledge on this.

If you keep going under, you will soon stop losing all together.

Ok. Consider yourself bumped. Thank you. I will be sure to eat at least most of my exercise calories.

I have been stuck at 165 for months now. I am 5'5" and I exercise at least 4 days a week for an average of an hour a day. I do strength and cardio on opposite days. I don't cheat on the weekends. However, I keep bouncing between 162 and 165. I started at 259 1 year and 10 months ago. Is it possible I don't need to lose…

Whole wheat crackers!!! . You may have a gluten sensitivity. Try not eating any wheat, oats or barley anything for about 3 days and see if the cravings subside. I had to do this. I use to eat oatmeal and whole wheat bread every day. Then I found out about gluten sensitivity. I went off the wheat and oatmeal for a couple of…

Make sure you are not eating refined carbs (processed food, sugar, candy, etct) early in the day. It causes mad binges in the evening.

Hang in there babe. This is a lifestyle. You have the rest of your life to lose. Keep going. A month from now you will not even remember this day.

Thanks.

Congratulations: I am a Michigander and I too have seen results. After a 2 month plateau, I have lost 3 pounds in the 2 .5 weeks I have been here. Eating more really works.
-
Thank you. I am in stage 5. It has been a struggle, but I did as you suggested and the scale is starting to move again.
-
Thank you everyone. Well this is working. I have been here for 2 weeks and have lost 3 pounds. Yesss.

Thank you dancer. I will let you know how it comes out. I started last week doing speed walking. My next weigh-in day is on the 1st.
-
Thanks. I will change my routine. I am not able to take a spinning class right now, but I can do some speed walking. That will probably help.

Does anyone have the same problem. I am at the last 15 pounds and no matter what I do--change up eating, exercise more, exercise less, eat more--all the tricks, I can't seem to get the scale to move. Did anybody who has reached goal go through the same thing. Also I am perimenopausal. Could that be the problem. Help! I…

I am definitely at a frustrating plateau. I should have been in the 150s by now, but I just can't seem to get there. My measurments and body fat are going down, but the scale will not move. I am working on the last 15 pounds and it is maddening. Thank you for the post.

  Hey, homemade 100 cal packs. What a great idea.

Good advice. I have lost 94 pounds. My skin is not real loose. In fact, I do weight training and that tones me up very well.

I looked there. It seems that site is having problems. I will check back later. Thanks for the information.

I ate below 1200 one day and the message said you should not go below 1200 calories. If 1200 is hard for you, then try to get in at least 200 calories worth of exercise a day. When you record it, the calculator will add it to your eating goal. That way you can eat 1400 calories a day and still lose weight. I eat anywhere…

All right! Good job. I know how you feel. Reaching onederland is a great milestone.

I am so not a morning person. I have been trying for months to do my exercise early in the morning. Now that I have read that article, It might just motivate me. I will try again.
-
It is real simple. Just post everything you eat and exercise. The numbers will guide you.
-
Fantastic. You are so cool:glasses:
-
I think you see the inches with strength training.
-
Yes. I agree. I have done some study on sugar substitutes and I have just started using unbleached natural sugar.
-
Thanks. I was were you are over a year ago--keep it up, you can do it.
