Wednesday's QOTD: I'd have to say me trying on clothes in the fitting room really frustrated me. Also looking at pictures and thinking to myself "I look like a round butter ball" this can't be healthy.

QOTD Tuesday: I'd have to say my treadmill. Once I start it's hard for me to stop.

I go by my weight. However, I do notice that I've lost inches due to how my clothing fit. I feel great and I can't wait until I reach my goal weight.

1.Nakisha 2. I would like to lose 15 pounds in this 7 week Challenge 3. I would like to be apart of this challenge because I think that motivation & support is great when you are trying to lose weight. Especially when you don't have any one that's in your corner.

I was just talking about this to a friend today. I work from 9am-6pm so, I drink water from 9am-3pm and give myself 3hours to get it all out before my 45min ride home.

You all right! I just wish it was as easy to lose weight as It is to gain weight. It gets so frustrating at times but 9 pounds is a start and I look forward to losing more. Thank you all for your words.
