It's happening so slow but I know that I will get there. I'm 16 pounds away from 170. Dedication & determination will get me there.

I'm confused!
I get on the scale 2 times in a day . Once in the morning & once at night. ( Don't ask me why) Each time my scale is giving me a different weight, nothing drastic maybe about a 2-3 pound difference but I want to know my real weight! Is my scale broken, should I buy another? ( it's digital)

Wheat Bread
I love sandwiches on wheat bread! Today for the 2nd day in a row I'm am having a sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. Is this a bad thing? For some reason I'm feeling really guilty. Maybe I should have soup instead....Bread is not my friend.

Happy But Not So Happy
Okay, so I've lost 9 pounds! I'm happy but at the same time I not so happy. I know I have it in me to go harder. I should have lost more than 9 pounds. Time for me to be much harder on myself.
