Okay, so I've lost 9 pounds! I'm happy but at the same time I not so happy. I know I have it in me to go harder. I should have lost more than 9 pounds. Time for me to be much harder on myself.

9 lbs is great. Don't be too hard on yourself. Think about how much weight you will lose over the course of a year if you keep going at the rate you are. Stay encouraged.

    HI!!

Nine pounds is awesome, you have only been doing this a short time and seriously your avg. should only be about 1 pound per week for healthy weight loss.....you are way above avg at this point. Be proud and just stick with it. Too fast and and it will come back too soon or leave you with some very UNhealthy problems.

I started in January and I've lost 9 pounds too. I try to look at it as a positive! I don't worry so much about what I could have done but more about what I have done and what I'm currently doing. I say job well done. :)

You all right! I just wish it was as easy to lose weight as It is to gain weight. It gets so frustrating at times but 9 pounds is a start and I look forward to losing more. Thank you all for your words.

I think it is wonderful you have reduced your weight by 9 pounds! It can seem almost daunting to get the weight off, but it is so worth it! Keep up the good work and hold on to the happy feeling of success you are having. Many studies have proven that happiness increases our chances of continued success in our endeavors!
