Thanks, I'll keep an eye on my strength levels. My fitness level has improved dramatically since starting insanity 2 weeks ago, so hopefully that's a good sign.

How do I now if I'm losing fat it lean body mass? My measurements are going down, and bf% on my scales is going down, but I'm not sure how accurate this is. Is there a way to tell?

I don't log any exercise, so these are my total calories. Maybe I should start eating a bit more... But will I still lose 2lbs a week if I eat more?

Why am I wrong? Because its not possible to build muscle on a calorie deficit? Well, it's difficoult, but not impossible, especially for beginners. Lol, the exercises that you are doing will only make your thighs bigger. Look at the women in the insanity workouts. Long distance running slims down legs, or so I heard.

Eggs are very low in carbs. Try omelet with veggies, scrambled, poached, hard boiled. Also, try different kinds of porridge. I have mine with peanut butter and chocolate ;) can't beat that lol

I'd be happy with maintenance for now, but not such a massive weight gain, even on deficit :( I'm now just scared to eat more, what if I gain more because of that?

I would mix in some laxative in it and then make her a pb sandwich :devil: See if she buys it again. Also, you won't eat it as you know what's in it lol

Actually it's 2 seconds lol So 10lbs would give you 20secs a mile, over 26.2 miles 8.73 min. But thats just theory. Work on your form instead, that should make you faster. Ps. I'm not speaking from experience, I'm trying to get faster myself so I've been doing some research.

Looking at your diary was scary. Why so few calories? Increase your calorie goal and your fat intake will be fine. If not, sausages seem to be the main culprit?

I told them I pregnant, but all they said was that without doctors note I won't be able to cancel until October. They were so mean, I cried all the way home (although that's probably just me being overemotional) :cry:

Unfortunately, they would refer me to debt collectors, and that woul impact my credit report :(
