Walking
Do you count walking as exercise? Walking uses 80% fat as fuel, so technically you don't need to eat those calories back? I'm not saying walking is a better workout, I know that running for 30 mins will burn more fat than walking for 30 mins, but if you're walking anyway what is the sense of eating those calories back?

When people say 80% diet, 20% exercise...
What do they exactly mean by that? I gather that diet is more important, but how? Should one eat less and exercise less, so 80% of a calorie deficit comes from the diet? Or eat well 80% of the time? I exercise a lot and eat accordingly, pretty clean and healthy. I woder if its the right way though? Any experts out there?

1200? Yes or No
The magic number 1200 calories a day - does that apply to everyone? I cant see how 6'2" bodybuilder weighing 250lbs, and someone 4'10" weighing 100lbs will be ok eating the same number of calories (by ok I mean not go into so called "starvation mode" and get "adequate" nutrition). Can someone explain that to me please?
